They are customer oriented, courteous and pleasant to deal with. They are honest and their prices are excellent. I started using them after another 'German-car' shop told me my engine mounts needed to be replaced, but they had already been replaced. I have been using them ever since.

Very friendly, efficient, fairly priced , above all HONEST. This may have been my first experience with any maintenance/repair facility where I was not given a laundry list of what had to be done. They came back with an inspection report stating just about everything was in perfect condition. 2 items that will need future maintenance.

This place is a chop shop. Run!!!! Do not take your car here. They will over charge you. Lie about offering loaner cars, when they have none. Send you a report with all the things that's wrong with your car but can never fix it. I took my car there to get my battery replaced, they told me I had a oil leak, and I spent over $2000 to fix it and 2 months later my oil is leaking again. I called to have them fix the problem and Rich hang up the phone on me. I immediately called back to complain and the rude service manager Eddie said I wasnt giving him a chance to speak and threatened to hang up too. Horrible, unprofessional service. No customer service skills.
