Was looking for an honest, clean and knowledgeable place to take my 2002 BMW Z3.. first service was great. In the waiting room someone who comes up from Hialeah who wouldn’t go anywhere else.. Would i go back? Absolutely

I took my "Black beauty" name of my car..... in for a check up and the team at German Car Depot found a major problem that I did not even know that I had. I am very thankful that they were able to find and fix the issue as I was very near to what could have been catastrophic for me should those joints had snapped while I was driving. I am happy to say that they worked with me to resolve the issue and will not hesitate to recommend German Car Depot for your car. Thank you Guys!!!

Excellent honest service at a great price. Richie, Alan and the rest of the staff are very professional, honest, experienced and nice. Richie and Alan take the time out to explain what exactly is wrong with your vehicle and your best options for repair. Thank you all for a job well done!

This is the first time I use this service and was greatly disappointed with their approach to a business making and customers. The advertising and web marketing was excellent, mentioning to perform all work on time and on target and a special perks like rental car for $15/day, etc. I brought my Mercedes-Benz S550 for B1 service, squeaky brakes issue and faulty heater. Even though I schedule my service online for 10AM I actually came at 8 and discovered that 1. My appointment was not in a computer 2. The service did not have promised rental car for me 3. The only service they agree to do is B1, postponing the rest for next day. In addition the technician brought the oil change sticker from my car and told that I have to change the oil in a car ($150-200). I indicated that I had changed the Mobil 1 oil recently and have at least 5000-6000 miles before the next change. He said that they have to change engines(!) on multiple cars because of owners refusing to change oil in time of service. To end this ridiculous claim I mention to him that I designed engines in General Motors for 25 years and refused to change the oil on my car prematurely. This kind of practice "misleading the customer", "bate and switch" etc. is not only counterproductive, but also dishonest. I could bring a lot of my friends to this business if I had a good experience, however, never, ever again I will come by myself or recommend to anyone I know.

Mr.Meltser, I am truly sorry my team did not exceed your expectations. We had your appointment set up for 10 am. You came at 8. We have five loaners, and none were back at 8 am but at 9:30 we had 3 cars. You said you would be "waiting" for the service and do not need a loaner. Mark said he had recently changed his oil. The sticker for the oil change time and miles were both overdue. By the sticker in his car. When we showed him the sticker to see if he wanted to do that, as it was due by the sticker in his window, he snapped at us (which at checkout he apologized for) and told us he worked for GM for 25 designing engines, and that it was not due. We never pressured him. We just told him the sticker was showing it was due. We performed the service and checked the other issues he wanted looked at. The same day. It did not go into the next day, we never pressured him and at checkout, he was apologetic for snapping at us and thanked us for our prompt and courteous service. Mark is a nice person. We did not bait and switch and did not even charge a diagnosis fee like most shops to test and evaluate the heater condition. Every story has two sides, so you be the judge when reading both.
