I love German Depot - just a little note to explain the "4" instead of a "5" score above. I know that you said it "clear as day" on the coupon that 10 percent would be off of labor but I think for a lot of people (like me) - we just see 10 percent off and assume that it is off of the total bill (not understanding the differentiation right off the bat between labor and products used i.e. for an oil change, etc.). That just caught me off guard a bit at checkout but it is all good - you guys ROCK - just a little constructive feedback
