This was my 4, or 5th visit for either regular maint or repair. Robin did the service, Richie the write up the estimates. As on previous visits, they were pleasant, professional and accurate. They instill confidence in your shop, and the work done there.

Simply put - A mechanic you can trust!, how often do you hear that. I have had a VW & AUDI and both were maintained by these guys. I dont want to sell my audi now b/c there is no audi or vw i want because having al & co. take care of my vehicles makes things a lot more stress free. I have sent a few people there and everybody has come away happy.

I love the service as I have for the past 5yrs. The only thing is that I asked to be called if the technician found anything wrong with my car other then the 100 thousand mile check to call me.. I called to see if my car was done and when I picked it up it had other recommendations to be fixed.. If I would have gotten a phone call to fix them I would have had the technician fix them that day. Instead I had to bring my car back in again. I still Love what will always be VW Depot to me.....
