These people are thieves they stole my sister in law original car parts from the car as it was to repair and over charged for the mechanical work I’m calling help me Howard
We did not steal any parts from this person's car, but did in fact point out several missing covers and pieces from the prior shop they took it from because they said they couldn't fix the issuesw. We did not mislead on the repairs, at all. We told the customer that we could try a lower priced repair to try and avoid doing a massive and expensive repair. We gave her a printed estimate and she returned ina week to have that done. We have printed and text messages clearly saying that there might be a bigger issue , but we could try the lower priced one first. Even her husband agreed on the phone that we had done our due diligence in giving a printed estimate. Then they accused us of taking covers that we pointed out to them that the prior shop had taken off but not put back on. Sometimes you can do everything you can to make sure a customer is aware of the process and price , and tell them about things other shops have done, and still have them mad at you.
