Great service!

They really are German car experts! I was very impressed with their expertise and professionalism. After dealing with other mechanics I am very happy I found them. I would recommend to anyone. I took my VW in and am very pleased with their service.

Came in with some ac issues I could not fix my self and they solved it right up.

I have been going here for years for oil changes and basic car maintenance but this past time I went in I was not happy with my service. A few days later - and the only place I’ve driven to was back home - it sounds like my car is falling apart. The undercarriage is now making all sorts of rattling sounds and my brakes are squeaking so loudly. I don’t know what they did to my car, but it certainly didn’t sound that way before I took it in for the routine oil change. Also they neglected to tell me that my tires were in need of replacing, or communicating other services I needed. When I called to complain to management today the manager apologized half-heartedly, but didn’t give me an exhuberant “please come back in and we will make it right!” Like I would have expected under the circumstances. I plan to take it somewhere else in Miami that was recommended. Feeling mistrustful of German Car Depot now.

It was a pleasure dealing with a mechanic shop that was totally professional with top notch work. They were completely transparent and honest with my options, showing me the problems I had with my VW. Would recommend!
