Having worked in the automotive repair industry, it is always interesting being on the other side to truly understand the value of a trustworthy car repair shop. I usually do the repairs myself since I’m that kind of car guy, and let’s be honest, it saves me a pretty penny on a car such as a bmw. What I appreciated about my visit at this particular shop was their fluidity and honesty. Now I would give 5 stars, but nothing is perfect, but that with that said, I’d still highly recommend this shop for your German car repair needs. Having access to someone from the mechanic world that you can be completely honest with and who can do the same is a rarity. As a consumer, you also play a part in educating yourself on how to approach car maintenance and repair shops. But for those who simply aren’t car savvy, I thought they did a good job at explaining everything related to suggested repairs and pricing (hell, even their cost). I’d take my car back anytime.
