Really bad customer service, the worst place to call. No idea how they still open with such bad service. Respond: I was trying to get a part for a German engine and they said they were going to give me a phone number which at the en I didn’t get. The first call lasted 1 minute because I could not understand the phone number that person was giving me because he only said it two times without pausing and hanging up the phone on me almost immediately and the second call lasted 44 seconds till the person called me dumb in Spanish so I respond him back and hanged up the phone. They supposedly record every single call they get. I hope the owner of the company read this review and listen to the two calls I made so he can talk to this two workers that answered the phone so they can represent the company that they work for as they should
We know life can be tough and people can displace their anger, but this is absolutely false because this person was never a customer. This random caler (NOT customer) called to buy an engine, which we do not sell. We offered to give him a phone number to help him find it. He then asked for us to hold on because he needed to "search for something to write with and write on"... It gets even more weird and awkward when his hearing or language barrier had us repeating it 4 times. On the fifth try, we were inadvertently disconnected. Please understand, our customers are everything. German Car Depot is the premier BMW, VW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, German Car Repair and Service Depot. Would you believe, this person called back and became verbally abusive, he cussed us out, and he hung up. Perhaps Mr Viking should be a little nicer to people who take extra time and have extra patience to help him out. We know life can be tough and people can displace their anger. If you would be a straight up guy and remove this, it would be the right thing to do. When we do right, right things go our way.
