Really bad customer service, the worst place to call or visit. No idea how they still open with such bad service.
There's always two sides to a bad review. This customer called to buy an engine , which we do not sell. We offered to give him a phone number to help him find it. During the very,very,very long process this person took to get something to write with , we tried giving them the number , to which they 4 times repeated it wrong back to us. Durin gthe fifth try the call was disconnected. He immediately called back being verbally abusive that we hung up on him. When we tried to explain that we did not but his verbally abusive attitude would not be tolerated he then cussed us out and hung up. Perhaps Mr Viking should be a little nicer to people who take a lot of extra time to help him out and not use profanity. If bad service means - we don't make a dime trying to steer a person in the right direction , even providing a phone number and staying on the line while the person takes forever getting a pen, and then repeating it over and over to try to HELP the person, then we do bad service.
