Lou is great. The team identified my issues and fixed it by the end of the day. He also arranged a ride to work for me. I am a loyal customer.

Friendly, prompt service. They were able to work me in the next day and review an estimate from another shop. They took the time to take me out and actually show me what was wrong with my car and how/why they were going to fix it. The price was more than fair, and absolutely everyone I met was courteous and polite.

I wish there was one closer to my house. Rich is the best to talk to, but everyone is generally friendly. Service is quick and reasonable. No jacking around with your time here.

I wouldn't consider taking my Audi anywhere else. They just simply know everything there is to know about my car without the hassle of dealing with the dealership.

This was the first time we used the German Car Depot. It was a very pleasant experience. The mechanics were knowledgable and performed all services as agreed upon. Price was reasonable. I'm so glad to have found an alternative to the dealership. Will be using them again for my next service.
