overall good

all was fine but I had an appointment to replace a part that had been ordered by GCD and another quick fix on something else. Only problem is that the part that had been ordered came in broken. Therefore I have to go back again to have the part replaced. It would have taken 5 min for GCD to check the part when they received it and delay my appointment and I would not have to waste the time to go back again to have the part installed. Checking parts when they arrive before telling customer to come in would be a simple procedure for GCD to put in place and avoid waste of time for all parties.

Great service as always from Ollie and the gang at GCD! Quick service and they do a great job of informing the customer about any potential future problems with their vehicles.

I always give German Car Depot great reviews. Why you ask??? Because German Car Depot always gives me what I need - reliability, good repairs, honest advice, a comfy spot to wait for service, reasonable business hours and, I repeat - HONESTY -- everything that all we "non-mechanics" need.

I had been looking for a good independent to take care of my 2005.5 S4. The dealerships are simply too expensive. I stumbled across German Car Depot and did some homework and read a lot of customer reviews. As is to be expected there are plenty of both "lovers" and "haters". I was having electrical trouble and on the way to the shop with my car, it died on I-95. I had to have it flat-bedded to GCD and there they took great care of me and even better care of my car. There were loads of error codes, some which translated in to big bucks repairs! I was worried and braced myself for the worst. As it turned out the error codes were the result of the massive electrical failure brought on by a shredded serpentine belt. It took a few days to complete (no problem for me) and when I picked up my car it looked and operated fantastically. I've found a new (service) home for my car and I'm thrilled to be dealing with Rich, Alan and Tania. Sign me up for the "lovers"!
