As always, German Car Depot sets itself apart from every other auto service center I've been to in South Florida. Better than the dealer, better than any other shop. Excellent service, superior work, great pricing, and a real sense of customer service rare these days. Whether it has been major repairs in the past, or a routine oil change this time, I have nothing but confidence taking my business to German Car Depot, because they show their commitment to top level service across the board. The people at GCD are true professionals. They provide great customer service and their technicians are very knowledgeable at what they do. I had a timing chain replacement, they were quick did a great job, they even went and repaired a couple of minor things at no expense. I was ready to give up on my vr6 until i found this place. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Keep it up GCD!!

I feel my audi gets great service and that the guys here are honest and professional. They do their best to minimize the interruption that car repair and maintenance requires. I've worked with the dealership too and I feel this is more personable, more responsive, and sometimes even more qualified.

We brought our newly acquired, used 2004 Audi S4 there today to be serviced. I deal with Juan and Louis. Both of these guys treated me like we were long-term friends. We brought in Amsoil synthetic oil and differential and transfer case fluid for be put in by them. They did a fantastic job and they were also honest and told us what other stuff had to be fixed on our car. They serviced what we could afford and will be going back for the rest of the maintenance. I have two other new Audi's that I will be bringing here for all future services. I highly recommend going to these guys. I saw other customers there as well and each of them also appeared to be happy to go there. Robert

The service was very efficient and helpful. I really liked that they were open on sat so you can get your car work done if you have a busy schedule. The staff was very knowledgable and very receptive to all questions asked. Alan the owner was extremely nice and went over all the work I needed before I got it done and they gave me detailed information when I left. All and all, I would recommend this place and will be returning shortly.

First-time visit. Very professional. No nonsense. Went in with check engine light illuminated, hesitation when accelerating and loss of power. They performed a diagnostic scan and told what the problem was, but they also told me that it is covered by an extended warranty by VW. Impressed. Thank you. Highly recommend these guys.
