This is my first in this place, and I have noticed good things so far. First I took my passat for 60k service, the price was about $100 less than the dealer, and it took less time. Second they washed and vaccumed my car which is a plus. Also they have some good coupons on their website and good customer service. I would go back in the future. Thank you.

German Car Depot did what they said they would do on time and were polite and professional. These should all be prerequisites just to be in business but they are becoming harder to find, even in this economy. I highly recommend them and will bring my car back for future work.

I was very pleased with the service and professionalism from the staff. The shop is very clean and the technician called me over to explain to me the tests and what was wrong with the car. There is a bench in a small courtyard at the front of the office with wi-fi which makes waiting for the car not bad at all. I was surprised to see that they don't take AMEX when I asked while paying and the main website lists Amex as one of the accepted credit cards. Other than that, the all went well and as a courtesy, they washed my car too after the repairs.
