They did a thorough job of testing the car before making a decision about what was wrong. They saw that a less expensive problem needed fixing rather than telling me that an expensive thing was wrong. For that I am very happy.

The peace of mind I get from having my 2000 Golf-GTI repaired and serviced at German Car Depot is priceless. I look forward to another 100K with German Car Depot in the pit stop.

Intermittent electrical problems can be the most difficult to solve and to understand by the average car owner. Although German Car Depot could have gone ahead and installed a new starter when I first came in, they took a step by step, process of elimination approach. This cost a bit more time and money in the end, but I greatly appreciate it, and it's the sort of service that makes me put so much trust in German Car Depot.
