Just had my car serviced at German Car Depot. The staff was very informative and professional. I liked the fact that they asked a lot of questions so they can tackle the problem without having to add unnecessary time to the labor cost. When they diagnosed the problem they went ahead and called the dealers to see if there was a recall on the problem i was having. Come to find out there was and I am able to get the repair done from the dealer at no cost which saved me over a thousand dollars. Their technicians were very helpful and professional. Would definitely go back to service my car any day.

I have been using German Car Depot for close to 15 years. The service is always great. They are well trained, honest and dependable.

I went in to have my alternator checked due to a warning light. Fortunately, it was a faulty warning. It's so wonderful to have honest service. The oil was changed and I purchased new windshield wipers. Everything was done well and affordable.

I have an 2004 jetta tdi with over a 114000 miles on it GCD have been the only to service the car and it runs fine.

I was a little nervous about taking my car to a new place but very glad i did. The service was excellent no bs and i was in and out very quickly they didnt try to push any extra services on me and were honest about all my questions.
