They where very quick and helpful. I took my Audi A4 to see about some mechanical issues I was having. They lifted the car and called me over and showed me my axles where messed up, my motor mounts where leaking, and my snub mount was worn. I liked it that they called me over for me to actually see the damaged/worn parts.

Service staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and prices were reasonable. Car was ready same day.

Very clean and professional office and waiting area. Very willing to find the problem with my car. I have a problem that is hard to find and they are making every attempt to find it. Most likely going to give all business to them. Only negative was I was told the inspection would take 45 minutes to 1 hour and it took almost three hours. But I have more answers then my local dealer told me about my car problem. I would recommend them to others for the service.

After a minor car accident, I raced over to German Car Depot. Juan was polite, attentive and very helpful to my needs. He was able to locate the part, order it overnight delivery and my VW was ready within 2 days. I highly recommend GCD as an honest repair shop with a professional team of knowledgable mechanics.

I have become a regular at GCD, with the proverbial pains of a high mileage vr6. The techs and personnel are all very helpful and informative. Great job GCD! If you have a VW or Audi have these guys on speed dial, i sure do.
