Customer service and work was done well. Only negative was I had to remind them to reset my cars computer. This should always be done and never reminded.

I thought they did a good job, and on time.

I have serviced my Audi here a few times. The staff is always friendly and efficient. No push sales pitch here.

I went in for an oil change and they were very helpful and ready to listen to other problems I may have. The oil change did take longer then expected however, as I waited the mechanic called me to show me something under my car. It was great, not knowing too much about cars they explained everything perfectly so that I could understand. I believe his name is Richie was great help with estimates and more information about the problem. Also, (I am so sorry, I can not remember his name but I believe he is a manager, not wearing a mechanic shirt) was great help to try to help me use my warranty. Without success but he still tried. All the guys/girls there are great.

Made my appointment for the next day to have a transmission fluid leak checked on my Audi A4. They had it up on the rack first thing the next morning and gave me a repair estimate that was $400 less than the dealer! They set me up with an Enterprise rental car and the work was done by 4pm that afternoon. I even had the rear breaks and rotors replaced same day with the $400 I saved by calling German Car Depot. Good folks and great service at an excellent price! I definitely have found my new permanent mechanic! Don't forget to print your discount coupons on their website!
