I started having issues with my 2005 bug; the high temperature light came on, and later, so did the check engine light. Even after adding coolant, it was still showing a high temperature. I'm new to the area and don't have a second vehicle to drive to work, so when I called after work, they were kind enough to tell me to bring it in early the next morning so they could have a look. I knew that without an appointment, it would probably take some time, but that wasn't the case. By 9:30 am, they analyzed the issue and found it to be the water pump not functioning properly. They were great about showing me exactly what was wrong and gave me a great price to replace it and install a new timing belt. I thought I would have to leave it there for a few days without an appointment, but even on a busy Friday, they managed to have all of the work done by 3:30 pm, squeezing it in around other appointments. Not only did they fix the water pump problem, but they also touched up a tiny chip along my wheel well with some paint at no charge! I'm still in awe. I've never been treated so well by any other auto repair business - ever. I have already recommended the German Car Depot to many of my friends with German-made cars. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
