I took my car to a European repair shop and they couldn't diagnois it. I took it to the dealer and they misdiagnoised it. I took it here and they fixed it!!!! Everything about this shop is professional.

With a clear understanding that this is probably not the most economical place to take your car for repair and/or maintenance, I still brought it here because of the piece of mind that they are truly VW experts. I was given options about the repair and the customer service was excellent. Rich was very clear about what my car needed and more importantly, what it didn't need. This is not very common in the auto repair world.
