Always wonderful! Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they always take the time to explain to me exactly what they will do and why, and then write it out on the receipt. It really lets me know what work they perform and why it was necessary. I think honestly and transparency is the cornerstone of every good business, and of course quality work! Never had a problem, and have always been happy. Wonderful professional customer service. Also had auto body work done, and it couldn't have been nicer and more reasonable. Brought my car in to have the clearcoat refinished where the sun ate away at it (lesson: always keep car waxed in the hot Florida sun) and it cost 150 bucks...and it came with free extra services: not only did he do a great job and buff, wax and vacuum my entire car but he restored my headlights for free (usually a $150 job in itself) and wants me to come back in a few days to buff out all the scratches on my bumper. Basically the guy looked at my car and asked himself "how can I make this car better?" and did it. I am seriously speechless.

I was looking for a reliable garage in Hollywood and like everyone I was forced to admit that it's very hard to make the right choice. The staff is very friendly, helpful and you can trust them. I always felt I paid the "right" price when I brought my car there. They also take time to speak with me and explain which was done on the car. It's so sad that they are only handling Audi & VW, I hope they will extend to other brands someday. Quick tip: I always bring my car before 9:30am, you can get a 5% discount on labor for that :-)

Had my CEL on for a little while, troubleshoot it down to a couple of things I didn't feel comfortable doing myself, ended up taking it in. The shop confirmed my original diagnostic and highlighted a couple things I didn't catch as well. Gave me a full breakdown of work and prices, Parts were competitively priced and labor is in line with other shops. Honest work and good warranty. Would recommend to a friend, only reason 4 stars vice 5 stars was that I was told that they took my car "home" to test drive overnight while troubleshooting issues. I'm sure company insurance would cover anything that would have happened but it seemed slightly bush league IMO. Other than that no issues and a clean, honest shop who do great work!

German car depot has to be the best place in South Florida for audi repairs. They replaced the timing belt, brakes and a few other things on my car and is running better than ever. Always with the best prices. I couldn't even imagine how much this job would have cost me at the dealer! They even give you a written detailed explanation of services performed and what did they do to save me some money. I highly recommend them!

My first time visiting German Car Depot. My car was giving me a lot of problems. So first thing I did was start shopping around and called the dealership looking for someone that knew my specialty VW... I took my car to a mechanic who fixed the car and 3 months later my problems came back... I was searching on Google and the German Car Depot came up... I gave them a call, they calmed me down, told me to have the car computer tested... I did that... They told me what the problem was and....WOW!!!! My car is running GREAT!!! Thank You German Car Depot!

I would given a higher rating because service is always great, but I don't think I should have been charged for $62 to have a headlight (bulb) replaced. Especially since I am a loyal customer. The labor cost was a bit silly and it only took a few minutes. I felt I had no choice though because I received a warning ticket (the day it blew) and my husband was out of town. Next time, I will see if an autostore will do it for me for a much smaller fee.
