Let me just say car issues are not my forte, i had no idea what to expect . I found German car repair on the Mini Cooper website for local business'. The location was on my side of town . I read the other reviews and thought to give them a try.Friendly people which set me at ease . I knew my Mini Cooper was leaking , I just wasn't sure what it was and from where. The mechanic was knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was going on under th engine. He even asked if I had extended warranty to try and defer out of pocket expenses. That is caring for your customers . Thank you German car repair for taking such great care of Kermit ( my Mini Cooper ) and a car rookie . Was looking into purchasing my first used Mercedes and took a car in to do a pre sale inspection. Customer service was great from scheduling to taking a spin with the the mechanic. Owner even gave me some feedback and pointers. Unfortunately I didnt buy the car due to some title issues but will defientely be taking them any other German cars that I am considering to purchase.
