Great people and courtesy

Great shop, outstanding people from the front desk through the shop. They took extra efforts to show me the problem areas, and did the work right and at a fair price. Have been there a couple of times, and will again. Update June 2018 - back in again, once again very accommodating, very professional, very fair priced. Work done well and on time. Unfortunately, I needed service agin just today (September) - but thankfully, was able to get to GCD to get it done. Jose was remarkable in how he took care of the repairs (A/C, cooling, a few other things); Ollie and the staff were terrific, as usual. And for the amount o fwork done, the price was quite reasonable. I live an hour away, but it's worth it, nonetheless. Update April 2019 - back for oil change and check brakes, all good - was in and out in under two hours. Great place. (Also, good wifi for customers!)

This place is the same service as Mercedes dealer but with reasonable prices and much nicer people👏👏

These guys are good, they know their stuff. I have been getting service from Ollie's place since 2000. Never have to worry about them bangin your car up. Clean shop, organized service bays, nice staff, and a team that knows their stuff.

The service was super professional and extremely informative. This people knows exactly what they are doing and how to do it. The prices are super fair. The mechanic that is working on your car actually calls you to inform you about the big issues that he find in between. They also give you a list of problems with your car and they list it in a priority order so you know exactly what to do next. That is wonderful Now you don't have to drive around wondering what is going on with your car. Thank you to the German car depot for being so professional and customer friendly.
