Great service and everybody is friendly

This was my first time servicing my car here. I recently purchased a 2001 BMW M3. I did some research and looked at a lot of the Google reviews for this place and everybody had good things to say so I give them a shot. I dealt with Eddie he was very professional from beginning to the end. They replaced my burned out fuel pump and I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be back for my regular maintenance and hopefully nothing else big pops up.

I took my car into German Car Depot recently. It was smoking and I didn't know why. At first, the warranty company gave me the run around. But GCD worked it out and was able to get the repair approved. In October, I had a similar situation with Progressive. They wanted to deny my claim for repair but GCD worked it out. German Car Depot always goes over and above to get the job done. Always exceeding my expectations. I have been taking my car there for years. I trust them and highly recommend them. The office staff is always on point. Thank you again.

I couldn't be happier with German Car Depot. They are prompt, detail oriented and care about the customer by providing excellent customer service. My 2014 VW Passat needed the radiator replaced and they did it within 24 hours. They updated me on the progress via Text Message and sent someone to pick me up once the car was ready. The prices are fair and again, the service is excellent. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone who wants an auto mechanic that cares.
