Service was great! Wish they open early than 830am for drop off. And a little latter than 530 for pick up. But the value is well worth it and the A/C is working great. $300.00 cheaper than the dealer.

This was my first visit to German Car Depot but won't be my last. The service advisor Rich was excellent. He took the time to explain the problems and solution that my car had and gave me an estimate that was very fair. All work was completed in a timely manner and the car now runs great! I own two VW vehicles and will give all of my service business to German Car Depot! Great job guys!

At first there was some miscommunication with the Mgr or Asst. Mgr of the place to the point he was screaming at me to come in and "pay cash" for the repairs that was made on my car there until he realized that I wasn't his problem and that I was a new customer that had just used the business to make repairs on my car. Don't think he wanted to have a very bad review with the Better Business Bureau.

I have been a customer at German Car Depot for many years and I am extremely pleased (as usual) with the customer service and mechanical service I received. I called, was greeted well and treated like family and got my car repaired without delay. Thank you Alan, Tania, Sebastian and staff. Rita T.

I've never been disappointed at GCD. Low key guys in a spotless, professional, yet personable atmosphere. No question is too "simple", every possible effort is to get you in and out ASAP at the lowest possible cost but NEVER compromising the work!!! I only wish I had discovered GCD years ago!
