1999 A6 Quattro - It was almost 5pm and I needed a tow. Rich at GCD made it happen. The tow company called me within 5 minutes and had my car up within 90 minutes. GCD called me the next day with the work estimate. The car was ready and I arranged after hours pick up.

Diagnosised the problem very quickly, if you have a tdi do not take it anywhere but GCD.

I read a lot of positive reviews about GCD so I decided to give them a try when my Audi A4T began to leak water into the cabin. My final bill was in accordance withthe initial estimate I was given. A VERY positive experience. I WILL be back!

I didn't give it 5 stars because I don't believe in it. (100 percent). But I was very happy with the service. Lincoln was kind enough to take me back home and pick me up.

I sincerely appreciate the honest advice, diagnosis and professionalism that I experienced with German Car Depot. I initially called and spoke to Richie. He took care of business over the phone and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Once I arrived he seemed very concerned with my vehicles "problem". (2006 Audi A6 TCM light) and once again explained in great detail the possibilities of my problem(s) and made me feel comfortable. I felt the Audi dealership was diggin deep into my pockets for no reason other than a profit. I will never deal with another Audi dealership nor will I own another Audi/VW based on this experience. I have since gotten rid of the vehicle. I have spoken very highly about German Car Depot and will absolutely refer people to your place of business.
