Allen stood behind his promise of working with my insurance company to complete auto repairs needed due to a flash flood, and paid for by my insurance company. Without Allen's help, it is my belief based on a several conversations with the insurance reps that I would have been offered a very low settlement and my car would have been totalled rather than repaired. I highly recommend German Car Depot to VW owners. The office staff is professional and the mechanics are experts specializing in VW and Audi. I consider GCD to be a top notch VW/Audi. Very fair in their pricing and thorough in their work. Much better than a going to a dealer to be ripped off on parts and labor, or an "import car" repair shop that tries to work on every make and model from across the pond. GCD gets it right, and knows how work with Auto warranty providers to avoid you the headaches.
