Very satisfied with the service and the Manager. I made an appointment with the shop because the engine light on my Passat went on. The computer determined that there was a fault in the thermostat, therefore it had to be replaced. Once that was done I drove away; after driving less than two miles, my engine started to make a much louder noise, therefore I drove back to the shop. One of the blades of the cooling fan had broken off, causing the loud noise. Alan, the owner, took immediately responsibility for the damage saying: "when you brought the car in, the fan was fine, maybe while working in the engine compartment for replacing the thermostat the mechanic inadvertently hit the fan. We will replace the fan for you". They did that the next day. That shows honesty and integrity!!! Thank you.
