Overall a positive experience and half the cost than taking my Christine(2011 Audi A5) to a dealership. GCD is my go to mechanic.

Excellent Technical and Customer Service, I take my 2009 VW Passat due to a Gas Pump failure, they make a general check up and found some other stuff, they recommended what to do and what could wait, my car is running perfect and surely will bring it back to complete the pending maintenance.

Exactly what you want from a car repair shop, but seldom get. Honest, accurate, quality and quick service. I moved to the area a year ago. I have an Audi A4, 2011. When reserching service alternatives, I found that all of the Audi dealerships in my area had less than stellar reviews. Then GCD came up, I read the reviews, pretty much all positive. I have brought my car in for service twice now and they have lived up to their excellent reputation. I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else. I also found that their pricing to be reasonable as well. All around, excellent value and excellent experience. When is the last time you could say that after servicing your car.

I use these people for all my work. This time it was my AC. I had misunderstood the estimate and was questioning the bill. Ollie overheard me and bounced out of his office to ask what was the issue. It was a minor misunderstanding, probably on my part but Ollie quickly reached Into his pocket and returned the disputed amount plus some. Yes, my AC now blows cold and I go nowhere else for my work. I've never left there unhappy. BTW, it was 90 plus degrees that day and a crowded shop and they still got me out in 60 minutes. Of course I did not have an appointment!! They are 5 stars.
