There is no other vw and Audio repair shop better in the state of Florida than German car depot. I've never had a bad experience. Service was always top notch. Every employee really knows what they are doing. And cares about every customer. They work as a team and produce quality workmanship. I would never bring my car anywhere else. The German Car Depot could not be a better experience. The staff is relaxed and in a comfortable environment where you can sit and wait as they quickly diagnose your issues. Alex, the mechanic who looked at my car was extremely professional and well spoken in regards to my issues. Richie (and his beautiful Dachshund) was helpful, patient and explained all the charges on their quote. Alan, the owner sitting nearby, was chatty and friendly with me as I waited and honestly you felt like you weren't at a car repair shop but maybe a boutique shop instead. I am new owner and new to the shop. I was a little hesitant initially because I have apprehensions about new mechanics; however this shop is very knowledgeable and will only recommend the repairs that are necessary. I recently thought my toureg would need an expensive brake booster, to my surprise the problem was fixed by only replacing the line! Awesome. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that requires service or repairs to their vehicle.
