The service was excellent as usual. I called in to make an appointment in advance. I was seen promptly and my car was brought in for an oil change. While on the lift, they noticed a couple other problems. Two of them I knew about. My driver's side CV boot was torn (I was reminded of it every time I locked the wheel to one side and heard that groaning noise) and my valve cover gasket needed to be replaced since it was leaking oil (smelled it every time I finished driving and stepped out the car). I wasn't planning on having those items serviced but they gave me a good price to do all three services at once so I agreed to get them out of the way. They said my car would be ready by the end of the day (it was a Saturday) and sure enough it was. The only problem I had was with the rear suspension. I had them check out a knock coming from the rear. It turns out it was my rear sway bar pushing my rear shock upward. When I got the car back, the rear felt more stiff. I asked if they did any adjustments but they said no. I drove it the following day and the rear felt the same... stiff. The car has 104k miles on it and I'm still on the original suspension so this will just push me to get my worn suspension components replaced. Other than that, first class experience all the way. I would just like to say that German Car Depot goes out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If they have to keep your vehicle for any length of time they make sure you have another vehicle available to you. For the past two years I have been a loyal customer and have recommended them to several friends who own VW and Audi's. Keep up the good work and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful service.

Staff was friendly and seemed honest bprice also seemed fair. I do a fair amount of my own maintenace on my cars but took the car in for an evaluation. They did tell me of some problems that I was aware of (validated their inspection results), and told me of some new things I didn't know about. They allowed me to pick and choose what services I wanted them to perform. Overall, I feel the price for labor and parts was fair. Great experience overall.

Quick reliable service, German car depot has fixed my car for over 4 years. Alternator, flooded Diesel engine this past time I had my stater replaced, the company tow truck towed me after hours arrived within 30 min dropped me home and my car was ready before work the next day, with the tow rolled into one bill.
