First time here. Pretty expensive but I assume most German cars are. Very friendly staff and took the time to explain to me my 100 questions without sounding impatient. Will return for future work (hopefully far ahead in the future because now I am broke). :)

I totalled my old VW years ago. I now have a 2012 Beetle which came off lease last winter so I bought it. I intend to have you service it when needed Actually I owe you guys. The last time you repaired the old car you warned me that the air bags were not in working condition. The cost to repair the bags was high so I didn't want to do it. But you persuaded me and later I walked away from the totalled car with a tiny scratch on my thumb
