After visiting 2 other supposed VW repair shops, & after more than 15 months I finally found a shop who successfully negotiated with my warranty company to get transmission repaired. GCD did everything that they promised they would do and lived up to their internet ad. I am truly delighted to now have a car which is more than just a conversation piece. I may re-think my previous promise to never buy a german auto again, now that i have discovered a reputable, affordable repair shop. Once again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow......This place ain't no greasy mechanic shop with some mechanic bending over show his cr..k of you know what. The German Car Depot is State of the Art. Super Clean, very meticulous , the even wah the Garage Bay Floors. When have you ever seen that in a Garage. This place is spotless with Customer Service that is thrilling. Expertise to the tilt. I've been seeking, no dreaming of a place like this for years so I could tell the EXpensive MBZ, BMW dealership to take gas. NOW! with German Car Depot I can finally do that. My Audi TT failed to start on a Friday evening and the FT Lauderdale facility that had been maintaining my vehicle was not open on Saturday. I searched my computer for a Hollywood facility with excellent reviews, which was open on Saturday, and found GERMAN CAR DEPOT. I received an immediate appointment, diagnosis and quote which included a 'first timer discount' which I found to be reasonable. My vehicle required a new fuel pump which was replaced quickly. As it was time for an oil change they also completed that and repaired a couple of other delinquent items that were scheduled for eventual repair which they noticed and repaired at no charge...who does that anymore? As I had a pressing appointment elsewhere they dropped me off and picked me up later, also at no charge, while my vehicle was being repaired. It would be an understatement to say that I was greatly satisfied by these qualified, personable professionals and I would recommend them unreservedly.
