One of many great experiences with the team at GCD. Especially appreciate how closely you work with the Carmax warranty folks and how easy you make it. Called on Monday when I had smoke coming from under the hood of my Audi. Dropped off the car Tuesday morning and even with it involving engine work, was able to pick up the car Friday afternoon, in time for the holiday weekend. Thanks, Alan and Rich!

The staff was very friendly and competent. I even got a free ride to and from my apt. to pick up the car! I do not expect this to be a courtesy given to every customer, but it was a nice thing for them to do! The girl behind the counter was very friendly and informative, and I felt I was not getting ripped off. They only fixed what was needed to be fixed, and nothing else, unlike my local VW dealer who mysteriously found several other things wrong with the car and charged twice as much for the repair job I had done! I will go to GCD again, since my car's warranty already ran out and all maintenance and repairs are now out of pocket.

After a rough start by not returning my calls these guys have earned my business for a long time to come. Nothing better than having a bunch of work done and then the bill being $0! They were very helpful and offered a courtesy car or rental car but decided to decline the offer. It did help I had an extended warranty but Alan made sure I was taken care of by going above and beyond!

The owner of this company...the technicians and everyone who work there go out of thier way and give 150 percent of their time to.make sure the customer is happy and content with their service. these guys have been amazing, they provided a clean service that was very efficient and they guys on the desk where fantastic, Richie was very helpful and gave me all the information i needed, although my repair was expensive (ac compressor) the guys had a very easy understanding of not breaking the bank too much! I would recommend their service to anyone with a german manufactured car.they are a breeze!! thank you guys!
