Brought my car in to have a new compressor installed and the trunk switch fixed. Saved money by not going to the dealer AND was given 10% discount on labor AND got a FREE new battery for my key!! Great, friendly service all around!

I've taken my 2007 MB E350 to them 3 times, since moving to the area from the Northeast. Everyone I've interacted with is professional, courteous and most importantly, honest to a fault. I trust them implicitly with my car and my money! I am confident that their work is accurate, and I trust that they won't take advantage of me by finding things to fix that aren't needed or necessary. I am particularly grateful for their transportation assistance---it eliminates problems in so many ways. I know that it seems like they specialize in Audi, VW and BMW, but I encourage MB owners to use them!

There are things that could improve i.e. I was left with cleaning the leather seats and door handle full of stains the mechanic left but overall this shop has been great to me and my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

Better now. Allen called me back and explained there were some errors on the coupons being emailed out in a timely manor and some typos in the coupons expiration date, and graciously offered me the discount which is a great help in keeping expenses down. And we all know when you have an unexpected issue with your air conditioning, and a $1250 bill, that every little bit helps! Thanks Allen!
