These guys do the best work ever - always take great care, fair prices on my Audi and now my Mercedes. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The have the best attitude of any place you'll ever go - never overselling anything yet acutely aware of anything you need or should do. And then there's the Dachshund - which is the best reason to go!

I had a great experience at the German Car Depot. Took me in during Christmas holiday time with no problem. Fixed my tail light and gave me an oil change. I also got to play with the cutest English Bulldog, Bruno. Also the owner Alan, followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my service. I really appreciate that type of customer service. I bought my Audi there once. I thought it was something serious, turned out to be minor. Honest and excellent customer service. I will absolutely bring my car back to German Car Depot. No more expensive Audi dealership for me.

I am new to the area and I am picky about my car. I am on my 3rd Volkswagen and I hate going to the dealership because I always feel put on the back burner! This place was amazing when I called about an unknown noise in my car. They got me in the next day for a consultation. A technician rode with me and even though the noise didn't happen (of course)! He looked trough everything in my car and made sure nothing looked unhealthy. They gave me piece of mind and I am so happy to have found them! They will be my go to place for car service. Everyone was very friendly and gave off great vibes. Passionate German car folks! Ps- they have doggies in the waiting room!

GCD is the only place I plan to go from now on for all our service needs. We drive two VW TDIs and I know cars pretty well, so being lied to by the stealership is especially irksome. My wife's Passat TDI had a CEL (which Esserman scanned as an airflow issue) and, from her own description of its operability and my driving it, I could easily diagnose as a simple boost leak. The dealer had tried to convince me (as if I don't know better?) that in addition to that split tube I'd need to replace the rear main seal (a simple but time-consuming and thus expensive and totally unnecessary repair) and even claimed on their sheet (I picked the car up unrepaired) that my wife stated she saw oil leaking: a blatant lie. I went to GCD on a friend's recommendation and in just a couple days they found the source of the air leak, picked up the part, did the work, and sent us on our merry way with a properly operating TDI. That they work quickly, efficiently, and most of all honestly are all I need or expect from a mechanic, thus all our scheduled service from now on will be there only. Thank you!

Took my Volkswagan in for a check engine light. I made the 35 minute drive from Weston after a poor experience at Weston Rick Case VW service. It was totally worth the extra drive for the fast, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced service. I highly recommend them!

Danny is great to work with. Took in my 2007 320i that not only had transmission issues but also needed brakes. Danny coordinated the repair with an excellent transmission shop he recommends and I didn't have to move the car back and forth. Better, the repairs were done quickly, professionally, and my car is running great now!

Love German Car Depot, I always bring my VW to Alan since finding this place. I feel like they're being honest with me and they do good work, my car always seems happy when I drive away. After I ran over debris on the highway that crippled my ride, I took it to the Rick Case VW dealership in Weston but they didn't bother inspecting what was actually wrong and kept giving me excuses, then the insurance company got mad because Rick Case ordered the most expensive wheels they could find. I got fed up and Alan took care of me and worked with the insurance people to get everything squared away neatly. They were very communicative and transparent with their pricing, I'm really grateful for getting my baby back on the road!

After wasting time, effort and energy on various shops in the Dade County area, I took my Volkswagen CC to Alan for a diagnostic. The car is out of warranty under Volkswagen for major work, so I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Alan diagnose the engine problems, he did it reasonably and professionally without a bunch of added or hidden costs and fees. He immediately told me what the issue was (without giving a run around or guessing game). I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and German Car Depot.
