I've been servicing both of our VW TDIs at GCR for the past two years and will continue to do so. This shop is that rarest of birds in this industry: trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced. I would confidently recommend GCR to anyone!

Knowledgeable, quick and professional. I am from out of town (TN), but took a car here that I was looking at purchasing to get inspected. Alan, the owner, met with me personally to explain his inspection. He even went as far as to tell me what he thought the car was worth paying for. If I am ever in town again and need a vehicle inspected, this is where I'll take it.

I truly don't know where to begin to explain how professional and honest German Car Depot is. I had an issue with my 2003 BMW X-5 that only has 74,000 miles and is in great condition. The brakes were not working and my wife was in Miami and was in Boston. I had such a great relationship with my BMW dealer in Boston and they have taken care of the car since it was new and always treated us fairly and did a great job. So we thought it would be a good idea to bring our car to Braman in Miami and have them fix it. WRONG IDEA!!!! They told us it would cost over $10,000 to fix it and it would be best to just sell the car to them for $1,900. I was confused because we have taken exceptional care of the car and had it serviced by our dealer in Boston before shipping the car down to Miami earlier this year. Well, I checked on line and read some good reviews on German Car Depot. I called and Tania answered. What a treasure!! She said she would have the car picked up on a flatbed and they would look at it. She called me back to let me know the car was picked up (less than an hour after I first called her) and they would put a quote together for me. Within the next day, she and her team had a quote to repair the issue as well as a small oil leak they noticed. The total cost to repair the issues was less than.... $900 and they said the car was in great shape. Not only did they fix my car they also had it delivered by flatbed back to my condo in South Beach. They did all this in a timely and friendly process while I was in Boston. German Car Depot is great and Tania is a FABULOUS customer service rep. I couldn't ask for any better service or treament. I have owned 6 BMW's and the service from German Car Depot was the best I have ever received. Thanks Tania!!!

Dropped my car off for an oil change on my Audi. They text me as soon as it was ready for pick up. They did a 24 point inspection and let me use the coupon I had during check out. It was only $65 after the discount. They also filled up my windshield fluid at no cost and shut off my service light after the service was performed. This was such an easy and pleasant experience! I highly recommend it.

Always extremely professional and helpful. I have taken my My GLK 350 for different issues and they always do amazing job. First car shop I went to where they inspect the car really well and dont try to push a sale, but give you recommendations and advice.

Great service. They called an Uber, to get me back to work on time, after dropping off my Mini. They sent me a diagnostic review, and explained it, prior to working on car. Very happy with customer service. I will go back

Truly the best place to have your automobile serviced. Tania and Richard are terrific. The Dog is amazing too. The prices are fair and the mechanics are thorough and professional. My 2005 Audi A4 Cabriolet got a new lease on life years ago when I found German Car Depot. Highly recommended.

Great service! These people are professionals and know how to earn their customers' trust. I have had never-ending car issues in past and have been to multiple car shops that tried to rip me off. Happy to finally find professionals that have integrity and respect towards customers.

Good work, fair price, and they even follow up! I was impressed by the fact that they follow up. I have an issue with a headlight that I replaced, and I'll have them look at it the next time I go. I would recommend German Car Depot and plan to return.

It was a Saturday about a month ago when I visited this shop for the first time. I can honestly say I received outstanding service from Juan and the rest of the staff. They worked hard to achieve the right balance of customer satisfaction, employee dedication, and price. Their mechanic was pretty thorough and straightforward. I went in for a lack of power and the issue was handled to my complete satisfaction. I easily recommend them.
