German Car Depot has the best customer service I have ever found at a repair shop. The staff were genuine and honest. They were upfront about pricing and helpful. I went for an oil change and some estimates. They inspected the whole car for me and told me what was wrong. I already knew that I need tires and brakes so it was rather a confirmation. German Car Depot has fair prices. I live super close to a dealership and yet I was happy I drove 13 miles to bring my car here. While I waited, the staff and I chatted it up about our dogs. I was expecting to see one of theirs but it was a rainy Saturday and I wouldn't have brought my dog to work either. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with stacks of magazines. I was offered coffee and when I was charging my phone I was offererd a portable cell phone charger to use. I am happier driving my car, knowing that it is okay. I will be making my next appointment soon. I am thankful for their service.
