My experience with GCD was excellent from start to finish! I towed my car in due to some engine problems...by the end of the same day Tania called me back and explained what the team found to be wrong with the car(cylinder misfire) got an estimate to repair it and had it done and ready by the following morning ! Great price, great customer service, my car is running awesome again ! Thanks again GCD !

I got a fuel pump replaced on my BMW 335 2007 in German Car Depot last week. I brought my own part, however part number was wrong and, luckily, they had the right part for reasonable price! The entire job took nearly 2 hours. They also washed my car perfectly:) I highly recommend this place to all bimmers!

Great customer service. They check everything to make sure if there is anything that requires work or replacement not like dealerships that simply replace and charge even if it is not needed. Great rates too. Will be coming back.

Tania, Alan and the whole crew at German Car Depot are truly experts in their field. Tania really went the extra mile and got the parts I needed at a much better price than what I could find online. I was also given a two-year 24,000 mile warranty which is better as the dealer offers only a one year or 12,000 miles. I would highly recommend German Car Depot for all your German Car needs. GCD took care of my needs with quick and responsive feedback, kept me in the loop quicker than I could answer them back, and were even willing to provide me a short ride to my rental car for the week at no charge via one of their technicians. They fixed some minor discrepancies at no labor charge as well. Very professionally run and maintained shop. Recommended to me by a few coworkers, and I have no qualms with recommending them to anyone else I know.
