German car depo is professional and good shop for fixing Mercedes, I had an issue with my Mercedes Benz S Class the shifter would not move from parking, I go to the dealer and they quoted me $1980 to get a new shifter and labor. I agreed but they didn’t have it in stock and I was stuck. I usually don’t go to any other shop but the dealer to fix my S CLass and I didn’t have an option and I tried my luck with GErman Car Depo, they took two days and fixed my shifter and today I got the delivery and the charge was $849.11. Which included $155 for parts. I’m a happy customer and these professionals are great they know what they are doing and above all the best thing is the integrity and honesty, they refused to take the money on day one when they could not fix it and they didn’t wanted to be adventurous but I persuaded them to proceed further as I was ready to take the risk! Their honesty on day one not to charge me after spending few hours was an act of honesty and when you know people are honest you want to bet on them. Apart from skills what matters is honesty which i accolade and is imperative with German Car depo. Thanks to Eddie and Bernie both are genius and they rock! God bless them
