Awesome experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I walked in with four kids and no appointment. They completed my oil change and diagnostics in no time. They even washed the car for free. The best service I have ever received at a mechanic shop. Phenomenal customer service.

Great company. Yesterday, Richie answered the phone and was professional with setting an appointment. This morning, Eddie was the advisor I met and the guy is amazing. Explains and go above and beyond. Extremely considerate of your time. He is so knowledgeable of the work being done. The suggestions provided mated me more confident in my purchase of a BMW. Customer service was excellent. Repair work is done in a very timely fashion and for a little less than was quoted initially. Surprisingly, my car was washed when I came to the shop to pay and pick up my car. Communications between me and customer service representative was excellent. I have had this particular vehicle, the BMW 525i, 2003, service by another shop for the last 6 years and always wanted to develop a relationship with a child closer to my home. This was accomplished on my first visit to my new BMW mechanic. Overall rating is most definitely perfect
