My VW CC was making a “clanking” noise over bumps and turns. German car depot diagnosed that my sway bar links were loose and were able to fix the issue. The bars were not broken, just loose. GCD didn’t try to sell me on faulty sway bars, they just fixed the issue with minimal cost to me. Glad to say I’m a repeat customer.

We love finding problems other shops cause. especially when we don't have to charge you anything. "CUSTOMER STATES: RATTLING NOISE IN FRONT LEFT WHEN DRIVING.WE FOUND SWAY BAR LINKS INSTALLED BY OTHER SHOP WERE LOOSE AND RATTLING- TIGHTEN ALL SUSPENSION COMPONENTS, TEST DROVE, RATTLING IS NO LONGER THERE" NO CHARGE. they were very professional , fast service and customer care, honesty about car services and issues been found in the diagnostic they suggest and advice to take safety approaches as a first priority instead to put a dollar in their pockets . they also referred to me to another mechanical shop to place new tires or affordables ones to my car due they ones the sell are expensive and i could saved a lot money if i’d go there instead to do it there which it says a lot to me and very grateful for that sincere opinion ..i’ll definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone

I learned a lot about my own car my mechanic showed me what need to be done and why, and also what I would need to do in the future and why. Makes you want to go back because they are being upfront and honest.

Honest, outstanding and very quick! The attention to detail with my vehicle was amazing! They even showed me exactly where and what happened to my car and fixed everything which I know if I brought to a BMW dealership I would have been charged 4 times more! I highly recommend all these honest mechanics that know about high end cars!!!
