It’s so easy to give Allen and his team another five stars. Called over Thursday at the end of day because the brake light bulb came up on the dashboard. Had an appointment for Saturday morning. When I got there Allen and his crew were ready to get to work. The burned out bulb was on the passenger side so they were going to have a bit more work to do to get to it because that is the side where the gas tank is on my car. Because of this it was going to take a little longer and cost a little more. They are good about explaining this kind of stuff upfront and in detail. You never know what’s going to be found until they get into it but I’ve never had a gotcha bill from them in five years. All told, I was in and out in under 30 minutes and back on the street to finish my days errands. Thanks, Allen!

I have always been pleased with the service, staff and results at GCD. They are a wonderful team to work with and I trust their recommendations. They charge reasonable rates and I have never had to go back with any issues immediately following any sort of repair or maintenance work. My Audi is outside its warranty and I will never go back to the Audi dealership again.
