I had a very pleasant experience at the German Car Depot. Everyone treated me in a very professional fashion. Everything was explained to me in a way I was able to completely understand. I was asked very nicely if I was willing to give them extra time rather than rush the repair. I agreed and they were very appreciative. I picked up my car the next day and it runs excellent. They even test drove the car for fifteen miles to ensure no new codes popped up. The repairs cost exactly what the estimate was minus the thirty dollar coupon I had for first time customers. What a difference from going to the dealer where they are happy to rip you off. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to repair your car.

I was traveling an hour and a half away from home to enjoy the beach and my car broke down, Not knowing the area I checked the reviews for German Car Depot and their five star rating proved correct. My BMW 330i was seriously broken and they fixed it in a day, I wish you guys weren’t so far away because I would take my car to you always . Thank you Rich, Eddie and staff.
