Was searching for a garage that could take care of my 15 year old Mini Cooper S. This particular time, my power steering went out and the alternator had to be replaced.Tired of dealing with the dealer’s high prices and add-ons, I found GCD, which will be my go to shop from now on. Fair prices and courteous, timely service. That’s all you can ask for in this day and age! So far, I’m a happy camper!

After I wrote the review on the German Car Depot, the owner contacted me because he wanted to know what happened. After I told my side of the story, he was concern and offered his apologies on the matter. I have to say that I did not expect his call. I will give the German Car Depot another chance, but when my car breaks down again…. Hope that it doesn’t happens soon.

I found out about German Car Depot over the web, I was on an emergency and ask for an estimate. When they gave me the estimate, I thought that it was to high, so I decided to ask for the same estimate somewhere else, It was almost 50% more expensive. Paying for their estimate and part of the towing service, I am still under their estimate. Definitely, they took advantage of my situation.

You have scheduled my oil change and agreed on July 24th at 10am - this is Saturday. and what ? you were closed !! Do you know exactly how to change the oil? If you don't know when you are open? before ordering a service from these guys, think about it. My feeling is that they don't know what they are doing. don't knock on them. bypass. I did the oil change in a great location, Valvoline. price and 5 out of 5 stars. and these people 0

Once I gave an OKay to go ahead with the service and repair they got right on it. I'm satisfied with what they did price seemed fair and the workers were very kind and helpful.

Worth the visit

I located German Car Depot (GCD) through a Google search and am I glad I did! The previous shop that I used had no customer service, rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor. When I called GCD to schedule an appointment, Scott was thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service! The Schedule A service was due on my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300. I was able to wait for the car and it was done in 2 hours. Most shops keep the car for an entire day and you have to rent a car. There was a business area with WIFI that I was able to work while the service was being performed. These guys are GREAT! . Don't even consider taking your car elsewhere.
