Very professional

Took my 2004 Beetle here because of reviews. Several times actually. They "fixed" my driver side door, charged me twice, and now my window won't go up at all! Makes a horrible sound. Now I have to find where to leave my car with an open window! They "fixed" my AC and now it only blows extremely hot air. They changed my headlight and it went out shortly after. The only thing they did that has actually worked out has been a simple oil change, which they charged over $100 for! Every other result has been a nightmare!

Having to get my car serviced has always been a chore I didn’t look forward to, until I found German Car Depot. They’ve serviced my mother’s car for years and treated her and her Mini Cooper so well I actually switched to a German-made car just so I could use such a trustworthy, honest and convenient shop. They take the time to do a great job and yet I always have my car back in a very reasonable amount time.

Great customer service....friendly, honest and reasonable prices. Got an oil change & complete auto inspection and received a text with a full report of findings and recommendations.

I’ll be returning to this place. Fantastic customer service. Scott was very professional, made me feel I was been given good advice, not trying to push unnecessary things and my car was in good hands. This is the first time ever I do a review so need I say more? I will be recommending!

Great experience. Detailed estimate. Work completed on time. Nice clean wait area with a portable workstation and wifi plus a TV and cable.
