Good service fair price

This is the only place I take my car to. Thay are always very kind and helpful and do great work.

Very pleased with the efficiency with fitting the repair of my alternator into their busy schedule. I was also pleased with the courtesy of the staff, namely Eddie, as well as the drivers that brought me home and picked me updated after the service was completed. All in all a very positive experience.

What a great experience, overall! Grew weary of arguing with the Audi dealer and getting ripped off, so after reading their fab reviews, thought I’d give German Car Depot a try. The team is very professional, yet friendly. The mechanic explained and showed me exactly what/where the issues were, before and after the repairs. Price is competitive and the atmosphere is comfortable and most importantly clean. They also get that Chicago does not add KETCHUP to their hot dogs, gotta love ‘em! LOL Definitely will return...
