I tried to be the first customer of the day since I did not have an appointment but pressing issue with my GLI. Alan was welcoming and accommodating. Service was prompts, professional and fairly priced. Facility is clean and tech know German cars!

Anytime I have concerns or issues with my BMW German Car Depot is the first I turn to. I've never had a bad experience, and with the level customer service, like Eddie provides, I'm always assured that the CORRECT issue and resolution will be identified and provided. I took my Benz to them for a B0 maintenance service. I was advised by a gentleman named Eddie who was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about the work needed to be done on my car, which the dealership would have otherwise charged an exorbitant amount. Their prices are very fair and cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. Overall they are very professional, and the service was done in a timely manner. I will be returning back.

I have a 911 and it’s obviously not the cheapest to service. I asked around and a friend told me about this place. I got fast and friendly service and the price was very reasonable. I got a good feeling about them in general. They gave me advice on how to save and what to expect next. I also got an electronic statement of everything they looked at. They also washed and cleaned the car really nice. I’m planning to do my service here as long as It’s not something Porsche has to do. Oh, they had a first timer deal with $30 off on the website.

They kept in contact with me via their app and informed me of the health of my car. The app shown how many points my car passed and what work needs to be done. At the end of the day, the prices were super reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional! I had no clue where to bring my Golf TDI, especially bc it wasnt under warranty. Thankfully I was referred to German Car Depot, where I was met with a kind and honest team with a good sense of humor. Communication was extra impressive as I received updates via text and phone. The owner even contacted me personally to check in on the car a couple days after I drove it away from the shop, post-repair! Now that my car is back in working order and I have a car care team I can trust, I will be back!

These days, you rarely come across the type of service that is offered at German Car Depot. I was concerned with how my car was driving, and my engine light was on. I brought my car in to German Car Depot, and Eddie knew identified the issue immediately. He was very thorough when explaining to me what needed to be done to my car and why, which I was very thankful for since I am not very much of a car person. I had only just met Eddie, but he earned my complete trust. Now, my car drives like new all thanks to Eddie! He fixed every single issue. I will be sure to return for any other car needs.
