I made an appointment on a Wednesday for a Saturday morning appointment. Rich greeted me and had the mechanic quickly get my car To bring it back to start working on it. I had intended on getting an Uber and returning after it was done but Rich told me that it would only take about an hour. They have a nice waiting room with comfortable couches not hard plastic chairs . They also have a tv, coffee, and water. I waited outside on their patio because it was a very nice morning. I talked to another guy that was there and then before I know it they told me my car was ready. They showed me the check list for their iPad along with photos of possible things that may need service. The end was the best part. It only cost a fraction 25% of what it would have cost at the PPine MB dealership. I left my car sounded and drove great. The next day the owner even contacted me to ask how everything was. I am glad to say I will never be going back to the PP MB dealership or any other MB dealerships . I will be going to German Car Depot instead from now on.

I own a 2006 Audi A4. It was making a rattling noise when I started her up. I took the car to German Car Depot on the advice of a friend to fix the problem. I'm glad I did. German Car Depot had to take the car apart to get to the source of the problem- a rusted flywheel which could have ultimately wreaked havoc on the car if it had been left unchecked. They also found a brake problem-which I forgot to tell them about-and they repaired this issue as well. Finally, they fixed my squeaky wind shield wipers which had drove me nuts for years. Thank you German Car Depot. I believe you have given my car a new lease on life.

I had an issue with my car first thing in the morning and I called them to inquire if they could take a look at my car. It was a long day having to work and deal with towing my car to their location and I felt comfortable with them from my first point of contact. With the times we are dealing with at the moment, my experience with German Car Depot was excellent. I’m thankful for them being open and with the communication they had with me while they inspected and resolved the issue with my car. Definitely gained a customer with me.

Replaced water pump and thermostat on Mini Cooper. The next scheduled service I will do in this place

First time customer. They were quit professional and the value for the service I received was far better than what the dealership quoted me. They inspected the car for everything and there’s was nothing more to do on my vehicle. Now that’s honesty.

Oil change was fine For my 2019 CLS450 A service. But I specifically told them the B service was due at 20,000 miles and to reset my service accordingly and they did not. They reset my service for 15,200 miles which does not correlate with my service booklet for my vehicle. If you have a newer luxury vehicle please take it to the dealership because they would reset your service mileage correctly. I took my Range Rover to another off branded place and they did the same so I’m assuming these shops do this so you can come back and give them more business. Now I have to take my car to the dealership so they can reset my service to 20k miles which just defeated the purpose of trying to save money and time.
