After a torrential downpour, I discovered that the top on my Audi A4 Cabriolet was leaking and the rain had soaked the carpet - worse several fuses had blown and much of the electronics were shot...The German Car Depot to the rescue. The car was still driveable and I took it their unpretentious but professional-looking garage. The car being eleven years old, the replacement parts were not easy to get hold of so that took a while, but they found them eventually - they recommended where I could get a new top, and I have now recovered my car. Everything is (almost) perfect and I want to thank them for their patience and skill. They really know their business, and I recommend them very highly. update: just had the car serviced: and they were perfect: courteous, reasonably priced, and professional

Try to be honest with your customers and a better attitude. I wish i could give you just half star for your overall performance.

So unfortunately the customer changes his reviews every three months. We DID in fact warranty the repair. It did not as the customer incorrectly states, "take 3 months". Our repair took one day, and when we warrantied it, it took one day. We did in fact show the customer that he had secondary leaks, not once but multiple times, even bringing the customer out to the car on several occasions to repeat the time and effort to let him view where his second oil leaks were coming from. We did in fact show him that our work had no issues. Multiple multiple times we proved to the customer that he had another issue but he refused to believe it , and after spending money getting it verified by numerous other shops, this customer called and apologized profusely, saying that he was sorry to have been so abrasive and that we were correct in our diagnosis. Then months later he wants us to re-prove for the fourth time the same thing that we have been telling him and that other shops have been telling him. We were extremely patient in trying to help this customer. However, it is unfair to any business to expect them to keep taking time to show a customer something that he even acknowledged was correct over and over and over. We have no problem with warranting our work, as our reviews bear out. This customer simply wants to keep wasting ours and other shops time and flip-flopping on his aggressive then super nice approach and changing his reviews from glorifying us to slagging us, and we simply are not going to continue to show him the same thing every three months to satisfy his whims. We have been dealing with his persistence for a whole year of trying to disprove the diagnosis(even though he stated to us in one of his apologies calls that other shops verified what we told him) and his flip flop of attitude and reviews- A customer can tell other customers to beware, we will tell other shops to beware.

German Car Depot was efficient and got the job done. The employees were really kind and knew what they were doing and were not pushy like some other mechanics I've been to. I really appreciated their expertise in getting sensors fixed so quickly.

Please attention if you own Mercedes Benz or BMW or any German cars be careful when you are going to this garage to repairs your car. They are nice peoples but unfortunately do not have any experience to repair any car especially Mercedes Bens and BMW. Simply they replaced the oil pan on my E320, 2007 it took them three months still is leaking now when I spoke with them with angrily told me take your car somewhere else . They don't accept even their own warranty and commitment to correct the issue. If you need to replaced the battery, rotation of your tires or changing oil yes they can do the work but with engines and transmission or any costly repairs . just avoid going there. As far as repairs cost much pricier than any other mechanics .

These guys are the best! I have moved to a different state, but it’s crossed my mind to drive back just to get my car fixed. The quality services and customer service you can’t beat. They really took care of me as a customer. I miss being able to take my car there.

Found this spot online and was tentative to try it out given the poor mechanic experience I’ve had in the past. The team was very communicative, helpful and knowledgeable on their work. I came in to get some things repaired, had a part ordered and the shop realized I had a bigger issue, they did not charge me for the labor for the missed diagnosis of my vehicle. I appreciated that a lot. I ended up taking my other vehicle there for the great experience, and they were quick and through on what needed to be fixed. Very professional, highly recommend.
