German Car Depot was amazing, attentive and customer-orientated. I brought my car (2005 VW Passat 1.8T) to them to run a diagnostic on a check engine light as well as check for oil leaks through the engine bay considering I just bought the car. A few days prior I took the car to another shop that did a horrific job with tons of negligence. I told my concerns to Scott, in the front office, and he assured and reassured my mind throughout the process of the car. He was thorough with explanations, and even took time out to answer a list of questions. The technician that worked on the car also did a full walk through when we picked it up to describe the work done and what to look out for with these cars. All in all, super knowledgeable and very well rounded experience. I would greatly recommend taking your car to them. They will get it done right and in a timely fashion.
